Welcome to Attrakto! By accessing or using our game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (TOS). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our game.

1. Game Overview

Attrakto is a casual puzzle game where players manipulate magnet-like balls, called Attraktiks, and eliminate repulsors to complete randomly generated puzzles including the daily puzzle. A new daily puzzle is available daily at noon Eastern Time (US).

2. User Accounts

To play Attrakto, users must register and choose a unique alias for their account. Registration is done via Apple, and we do not request any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from the store. The only information we collect is a private, proxied email address from Apple and the unique username chosen by the player. Users’ profile pictures are customizable “Attraktiks” with two user-selectable colors.

3. User Conduct

Since there is no interaction between users within the game, no specific rules or behaviors are required from users. However, aliases deemed offensive will be removed.

4. Content

There is no user-generated content within Attrakto. The only information visible to users about other players is the aliases of the top three players for the daily game and their customized “Attraktik”.

5. In-app purchases

Attrakto does not offer any in-app purchases.

6. Privacy

We do not collect any user data. Users’ aliases are stored in a database encrypted at rest and in transit. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy [link to privacy policy].

7. Payments and Refunds

This TOS applies to the free version of Attrakto, which has no payment or refund policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The content of the game is randomly generated. Users are allowed to post screen grabs of the app. All game content and intellectual property rights belong to Attrakto.

9. Limitation of Liability

Attrakto is provided "as is" and without any warranties or guarantees. We accept no liability for any issues that may arise from the use of the app. The app is free to use and we do not collect any data from users, apart from the alias and proxied email address.

10. Termination

Users with aliases found to be offensive will be removed from the game. We reserve the right to terminate any account at our discretion.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of Attrakto will be resolved through binding arbitration, with arbitration costs split between the parties.

12. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.

13. Changes to TOS

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify users via the email address provided by Apple. Continued use of the game after changes are made signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

By using Attrakto, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them.
