The Game

Attrakto is a casual puzzle game featuring magnetic polarity pieces called Attraktiks. Three daily puzzles are released at noon Eastern Time each day. The game is free to download with an optional one-time in-app purchase.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you register, you may do so via Auth0 using Apple or another supported sign-in provider. We collect only a proxied email address from your sign-in provider and the username you choose.

Usernames

Usernames are public and displayed on the leaderboard. Usernames that are offensive, impersonating, or otherwise harmful will be removed. Attrakto is a single-player game — players cannot interact with one another directly.

In-App Purchases

Attrakto Premium is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It unlocks all puzzle sizes, all premium and seasonal themes, 6-column puzzle boards, and ad-free play. The entitlement is device-bound and managed by Apple’s App Store. It does not expire and does not require a subscription.

Payments and Refunds

All transactions are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy

Your use of Attrakto is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Intellectual Property

All content in Attrakto, including game mechanics, visual design, and software, is owned by AttraktoCo, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Attrakto is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or free from errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AttraktoCo, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Attrakto.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users via their account email address. Continued use of the app after notification constitutes acceptance.
